Terms of Service

These terms describe marketplace access, booking rules, payments, cancellations, user responsibilities and acceptable conduct on TheFinanceRoom.

TheFinanceRoom does not guarantee jobs, offers, interview results or employer outcomes. Interviewers must comply with employment obligations and must not disclose confidential employer information.

Booked sessions may use Microsoft Teams links generated by TheFinanceRoom. Sessions may be recorded and transcribed for internal quality scoring, attendance verification, dispute prevention and platform safety. Participants are notified before the session. Raw transcripts are deleted after internal quality assessment; TheFinanceRoom keeps only limited internal summaries and quality signals where needed for safety, refunds, disputes and service improvement.

Payments, refunds and disputes follow the refund policy and marketplace rules. AI features may make mistakes and do not make final decisions on refunds, bans, disputes or legal questions.
