Code of Conduct
Conduct rules for candidates and interviewers using TheFinanceRoom.
Article 1 - Purpose
This Code of Conduct applies to all TheFinanceRoom users, including candidates, interviewers and any company users.
Article 2 - Professional behaviour
Users must be respectful, punctual, honest and prepared. Harassment, intimidation, hate speech, discriminatory conduct and abusive behaviour are prohibited.
Article 3 - Confidentiality
Users must not request, share or exploit confidential information belonging to employers, clients, schools, candidates or interviewers.
Article 4 - Ethical interview preparation
Sessions must focus on legitimate preparation, feedback, skill building and professional development. Users must not ask for leaked interview questions, proprietary case materials or insider information.
Article 5 - No direct solicitation
Users must not bypass TheFinanceRoom for payment or solicit direct paid services outside the platform where the relationship was introduced through TheFinanceRoom.
Article 6 - Reporting
Users should report misconduct, no-shows, confidentiality concerns or suspicious payment requests to TheFinanceRoom support.
Article 7 - Enforcement
TheFinanceRoom may warn, suspend or remove users who breach this Code of Conduct.
