Refund Policy

Full refund up to 24 hours before the session. Late cancellation receives a 50% refund. If the interviewer no-shows, the candidate is eligible for a full refund and optional platform credit.

For completed or disputed sessions, TheFinanceRoom may use attendance signals, Teams meeting metadata, internal quality summaries and participant messages to help assess refund requests. Raw transcripts are not retained after quality assessment.

Payment, refund and payout states are recorded inside TheFinanceRoom and may be processed by Stripe. TheFinanceRoom does not store raw card details.
