Article 4 - Prices, commission and payout

The interviewer price, platform commission and expected payout information are displayed in the platform interface or onboarding materials. TheFinanceRoom may deduct its commission from completed transactions before payout.

[NOTE AVOCAT] The commission clause should match final Stripe Connect flows and invoicing treatment.

Article 5 - Quality obligations

Interviewers must attend confirmed sessions, prepare appropriately, act professionally, respect confidentiality and avoid sharing confidential employer, client or school information.

Article 6 - No circumvention

Interviewers must not solicit or accept direct payment from candidates introduced through TheFinanceRoom for services that should be booked through the platform.

Interviewers must keep candidate information confidential and use it only for the booked session or agreed consulting assignment.

Article 8 - Prohibited content

Interviewers must not provide illegal advice, discriminatory guidance, confidential interview materials, employer secrets, insider information or guarantees of hiring outcomes.

Article 9 - Suspension and termination

TheFinanceRoom may suspend or remove an interviewer profile for breach of these Terms, poor attendance, abusive behaviour, repeated disputes, fraud risk or legal risk.

Article 10 - Applicable law
